A night off from cooking
Once every ten days, one verified family in Karachi gets to skip cooking and pick a meal from a delivery service. They choose the restaurant, they choose what to order, up to a budget. Small joy, real dignity. After the order arrives, the family sends us a photo of the meal at their table so we know it was delivered, and we post it here with a one line note on what they picked and why.

Who can apply
- •Family living in Karachi (we are starting Karachi only and will expand later).
- •Living in real hardship, has not been able to afford eating out in a long time.
- •Have a working delivery address (Foodpanda, Cheetay, or similar covers the area).
- •Willing to send us one photo of the meal after it arrives, just to confirm delivery.
- •If we don't pick you this cycle, you can apply again. New cycle every ten days.
What is covered
- •One delivered meal of the family's choosing, up to a Rs 5,000 budget.
- •Delivery fees included.
- •Order receipt published here.
- •A short photo and quote from the family on what they ordered and why.
How a person is selected
After applications close, we shortlist verified stories and pick the person who fits the project best, considering need, family situation, and whether help would be life-changing. The choice is announced publicly with the reasoning.
